CUSTOM DUTIES AND CITY PERMIT
When transporting puppy from one state to another, the receiver home state requires a fee before the puppy can be allowed to leave its home state. Part of the custom duty and city permit is refundable upon arrival of the puppy at its destination address
CRATE FEE
The crate fee is only compulsory if the crate provided by sender is not up to standard. The sender will then need to either rent a crate or buy a crate.
COVID-19
The Covid-19 status of all puppies need to be checked before they can be delivered, a small fee will be required to carry out this test. On arrival of the puppy, the money will be refunded.

REFUNDABLE INSURANCE FEE
If a package is registered for discrete delivery, you will have to pay your insurance fee before your package can be delivered to its destination. This refundable insurance fee is 100% refundable on the arrival of your package. The refundable insurance fee is to ensure the safe delivery of your package until it gets to its destination.
NB: Refundable insurance is compulsory for all clients whose package is registered under discrete delivery, and the refundable insurance fee is 100% refundable on the arrival of the package.
NARCOTIC STAMP
Payment for the Narcotic Stamp is 100% refundable on the arrival of your package. The reason for this payment is to ensure that your package will not be checked by the FBI.
CUSTOM CLEARANCE FEE AND USPS COURIER SERVICE
All clients must clear their packages with Customs before we can deliver their packages and refund their money. The customs clearance fee and USPS courier service are 98% refundable on the arrival of your package.
